Deepwood Estate Wine and Jazz Festival June 25th

Super fun LOCAL event that is coming up is the

Annual Historic Deepwood Estate Wine and Jazz Festival

I love this event and I go every year without fail.

The event is held on June 25th from 4-9pm in the lovely Deepwood Gardens.

15 Willamette Valley wineries with over 75 wines will be featured.  A variety of gourmet delights will be available and include selections from Bentley’s Grill, Café Venae, Gamberetti’s, Queen of Tarts, Vitality Bistro at Wellspring, and Willamette Valley Cheese Company priced at $5.00 or less.

Music Sponsor Umpqua Bank presents Bill Hughes & Friends featuring vocalist Sherry Alves, Ken Anoe on bass, Lee Wuthenow on tenor sax, percussionist Mike Renwick and Bill on guitar will perform soft jazz throughout the event.

Participating wineries include: Ankeny Vineyard, Arcane Cellars, Cubanisimo Vineyards, Duck Pond Cellars, Eola Hills Wine Cellars, Fox Farm Vineyards, Hanson Vineyards, Methven Family Vineyards, Stangeland Vineyards & Winery, Vitae Springs Vineyard, Thistle Wines, Trinity Vineyards, Van Duzer Vineyards, and Willamette Valley Vineyards. Gilgamesh Brewery will offer a selection of their artisan beers.

Free parking at 12th and Lee Streets Special accommodation packages are available through The Grand Hotel which include complimentary shuttle service to and from Deepwood. The event benefits the Friends of Deepwood, a non-profit organization.
